About the pulse
Moving our bodies can be a radical act against addiction to technology. We reclaim our attention in the act of physical embodiment. The pulse is the heartbeat; the rejection of the chronically-online-self. When it feels like AI is taking over, how can we reconnect to our moving bodies?
